At Levurs, we offer Free Insured & Tracked Shipping worldwide, so everyone can enjoy our products. Please note that international shipping, transit times, and customs clearance processes may occasionally take longer than expected, and these factors are beyond our control.

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase, depending on the selected option.
Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM EST

  • Free Shipping with standard 3-day processing time
  • Priority Processing (1-day processing time) – Skip the queue – $3.95
  • Priority Processing (1-day processing time) & Shipping Insurance – Faster handling with added security – $5.95

  • Canada: 8–21 days
  • United Kingdom: 8–21 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–21 days
  • Europe: 7–21 days

If you have just received a shipping confirmation, please allow 1–6 business days for tracking information to update.

Wrong Address
Levurs is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping details. We always strive to minimize errors by confirming shipping information with customers in order confirmations.

Marked as Delivered
If your order is marked as delivered by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post) to the correct address but you have not received it, you will need to contact your local post office and provide us with an official statement confirming the package is lost, stolen, or undelivered. After verification, we will consider sending a replacement order.

Please note that refunds are not issued in this scenario, and resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Import Taxes / Refusal of Package
Levurs is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

If:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package, or
  • No delivery attempt is made in the destination country

We reserve the right to abandon the package, and no refund will be issued.
